Eating in Las Vegas
There are hundreds of dining options throughout the city. Some of the most popular and food choice known for their distinctly Las Vegas Flair include many massive buffets, severing every kind of food for every meal of the day. Sushi is also popular in the city and don’t forget the versatile Burger.
Buffets are still a pivotal part of the Las Vegas Food scene and there is at least one in every big Casino. While they are still very popular they are not as cheap as they use to be and there are often long lines during busy meal times. To avoid the lines plan your Buffet visits to include either late breakfast and lunch or early dinner, usually after 2 and before six are the best times to avoid getting caught in the crowds. Several of the Buffets in town are known for their Brunches and late night options.
Some Buffets include live stations where there are cooks who will prepare your omelet, pasta or other creative creation. Different Buffets in town have seafood, specialize in barbeque or a have wide selection of ethnic food from around the world.

Instead of your run of the mill ground beef some places in Las Vegas now include lamb, buffalo, turkey, Kobe Beef, Veggie and many other options.
Sashimi, Tempura, California rolls and everything in between can be found at one of Las Vegas many Sushi Restaurants.
